COVID-19 Update 

The governor of Illinois has declared that automotive dealerships, for sales and service, are an essential business that will remain open during the "Stay at Home" response to the Covid-19 outbreak. Newbold Toyota BMW will continue normal operations.

If you don't feel comfortable coming into the dealership, we have instituted new programs for sales and service including, but not limited to, pick-up and delivery for service customers and bringing vehicles to your home or business for test drives. Please contact any of our team members if you have any questions.

Rest assured that we value the health of our customers and our team members above all things. We have implemented recommendations made by the Center for Disease Control in our customer areas, including the placement of hand sanitizer, social distancing, the wearing of gloves by technicians while your vehicle is being serviced and sanitation of your vehicle touch points before and after completion of service .

I know this has been a worrisome period with the outbreak of the virus, but if we all practice cautionary procedures as in washing our hands and keeping away from sick people this too shall pass.
